Walter is an accomplished software architect, financial engineer, and entrepreneur who has a Masters of Science in Financial Engineering and undergraduate degrees in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics. Prior to Cognitive Harmony Technologies, Walter co-founded Perception Farms, Inc, a social equity cannabis startup incubator.
